CW Facial Plastic Surgery focuses solely on cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the face, neck and scalp. Dr. Williams has a narrow scope of expertise and performs these procedures in frequent repetition, providing patients uniquely tailored results based on their desired goals. Whether rhinoplasty, facelift, neck lift or other facial procedure, it will be performed by Dr. Williams, a trained specialist of facial rejuvenation and enhancement. In addition to all in-office and operating room procedures, Dr. Williams performs all injections, microneedling and laser treatments on his patients, ensuring patients receive top-tier care from a fellowship trained surgeon.

CW Facial Plastic Surgery offers a personalized approach with a dedicated team designed to educate, inform, assist and support the patient from pre-consultation to post-procedure follow up. Every patient has a direct line of communication with the team at all times and we pride ourselves on timely, effective communication with our patients.

Meet Your Doctor

Carson Williams, md

Dr. Carson Williams is a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon practicing in Leawood, Kansas. After spending the first five years of his career practicing both facial plastic surgery and general ear, nose and throat surgery, he now owns and operates CW Facial Plastic Surgery, focusing solely on cosmetic, reconstructive and functional plastic surgery of the face, neck and scalp.

Dr. Williams maintains a diverse practice model. He believes in collaboration, teamwork and serving his community. In addition to his private state of the art office, he is a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Dermatology at University Health Medical Center, performs facial reconstruction alongside Mohs surgeons, acts as medical director of a med spa and sits on a quality assurance committee at a local hospital. He also involved in the academic and professional societies Alpha Omega Alpha, American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, American Academy of Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery, Kansas Dermatology Society and the Kansas City Medical Society.

A native of Leawood, KS, he attended Creighton University for undergraduate studies followed by the University of Kansas for medical school. He has dedicated his education and surgical career to plastic surgery of the face, neck and scalp. His personal experiences with disorders of the head and neck led him to seek out otolaryngology residency training after medical school. While in residency, he developed a strong interest in the art, science and technique of facial plastic surgery. Guided by his chairman, an internationally recognized facial plastic surgeon himself, Dr. Williams learned the fundamentals of sound facial plastic surgery and further drove his passion.

After residency, Dr. Williams chose to pursue a competitive facial plastic surgery fellowship accredited by the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. There, he spent a year further honing his skills of cosmetic, functional and reconstructive treatments of the face, scalp and neck.

Dr. Williams provides full-spectrum facial plastic surgery. He is extensively trained in face and neck lifts, rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery, brow lifts, and skin resurfacing. Also, as a particular interest and passion he performs reconstruction of the nose, face, neck and scalp following skin cancer disfigurement.

Additionally, he offers a full suite of non-surgical interventions including neuromodulators such as BOTOX, facial fillers, laser resurfacing, microneedling, hair restoration and minimally invasive facial aging treatments. Because of his facial plastic surgery and otolaryngology—head and neck surgery training he possesses a deep understanding of the intricate and nuanced anatomy of the face.

Dr. Williams is married and has two children. In his free time, he and his family enjoy traveling, good coffee, home renovations, golf, skiing and working in the yard.

Meet

Hannah Ida MSN, FNP-C

Hannah is a nurse practitioner who has been working in the aesthetic space for nearly six years. She has been a nurse since 2012 and a nurse practitioner since 2018. Her injectable career began with a well-respected new injector program in Scottsdale, AZ along with a month-long apprenticeship. That training eventually led her to teach new injectors in the same practice a few years later.

Since completing her training she has immersed herself in aesthetic medicine. She has had the privilege of injecting for Allergan at their Master Injector Course in Scottsdale, AZ. When she is not injecting she strives to complete as many trainings as possible to stay up to date and maintain safe treatment practices. Outside of work she enjoys spending time at home with her husband and their three girls.
