*All prices include use of Pro-Nox pain reduction system for in-office procedures. Prices include all postoperative care. Consultation fee is collected at the time of consultation scheduling. All price quotes are valid for 90 days from date of consultation. The $100 consultation fee does not go toward the cost of the procedure or service.

Procedure pricing is based on many factors and will be finalized after a thorough consultation and exam with Dr. Williams. Prices shown are estimates only and not a quote. Actual pricing may be either lower or higher than these estimates depending upon many factors – including, but not limited to, Dr. Williams' treatment choices, actual services rendered, complications, and your particular needs. Payment Policy
Injectable services (BOTOX, fillers, PRP, etc.) and/or skin care products are purchased and paid for at the time of service. Any procedure (surgery, laser, microneedle, etc.) will require 50% payment at the time of scheduling and the remaining 50% no later than two weeks prior to procedure date. Late payment will incur a fee.
CareCredit
Carson Williams Facial Plastic Surgery accepts CareCredit financing options. For more information or to apply please visit the
CareCredit website. All procedure deposits must be paid in full with cash, credit card or check and the remaining balance may be financed with CareCredit.
Cancellation & No Show Policy
Patients who no show to a consultation appointment will surrender their consultation fee, if applicable, and be required to pay a new fee if re-scheduling is desired. A patient who does not show or cancels an office appointment less than 24 hours will be assessed a $100 fee. A patient who no shows to a procedure will surrender the full amount paid for the procedure.
Cancellations of any procedure must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled procedure date, and cancellations of office appointments must be made at least 24 hours before. Late cancellations of procedures will incur a $500 charge.
